The Gerber Controller 6" Salt folding filleting knife 30-003599 is a foldable filleting knife for fishermen. Like many pocket knives it is enhanced with a backlock. This is a steel spring in the spine of the handle that locks the blade when opened. As such the knife won't accidentally close during use.
