With this double-sided sharpening stone by Wüsthof you can keep your kitchen and pocket knives in top condition! The stone consists of a fine side, with grit 3000, and an extra fine side with grit 8000. Both stones you would only use on knives which are in good condition and gives them a razor-sharp edge. The finer the grit, the finer and sharper the end-result will be.
