Y si se ha recibido mal, cómo mínimo disponer de una gestión de reemplazo, que no ocasione molestias o demoras al cliente, más allá de las ya experienciadas por el defecto y decepción en el. producto.

Recibí el hacha con una tara de fabricación, y la. única solución que se me aportó fue devolverla. Ni reemplazo, ni abono parcial, ni ninguna otra alternativa.

No creo que vuelva a comprar aquí, ya que la primera vez que lo he hecho he recibido el producto con tara de fabricación, y con una respuesta tajante, automática y de "cero empatía" por parte del servicio de atención al cliente.
