The Fällkniven GP is a classically-designed pocket knife. It even looks rather old-fashioned. However, it is made from ultra-modern materials, such as the newly-developed laminated cobalt steel. Professional hunters call this knife the ultimate hunting knife. One major advantage is that the knife is very easy to clean thanks to its open construction and liner lock system.   
  


Besides being a functional hunting knife, this little gem is truly a gentleman’s knife. The letters, GP, stand for a ‘Gentleman’s Pocket Knife’. The blade opens really smoothly and the knife feels very sturdy in your hand. With this knife, Fällkniven proves yet again that its brand has an excellent reputation.   
  
 

Instead of a pocket clip, the GP features a small shackle onto which you can attach a lanyard. This prevents you from losing your knife.   
  


The blade is made from laminated cobalt steel with a hardness of HRC 60. This newly-developed laminated cobalt steel (for those interested, the composition is as follows: C 1.1%. Cr. 16%. W 0.3%. Mo 1.5%. V 0.3%. Co 2.5%.) is extremely hard and chip-resistant. An extra advantage is that this type of material can be sharpened even more keenly than other materials, such as VG10 or 3G steel, for example.

rappe levering, prachtig product. Daar kun je mee vor de dag komen Dit is een EDC knife waar je in je grijze pak met stropdas voor mee kunt verschijnen en ook als jager mee in het veld uit de voeten kunt. Site heeft goede presentatie van het product!

Lang nagedacht over de aanschaf van dit mes...
Mijn voorkeur is een mes wat leeft, met hout, gemaakt voor gebruik...
En dit mes voldoet werkelijk aan alle verwachtingen. Het voelt goed, het ziet er goed uit, het opent makkelijk, het is heel erg scherp...en het leeft als je het in de hand hebt. 
Het gewicht is perfect, en het mes ziet er gewoon erg goed uit, alles past en zit op de juiste plek.

Wat ik mis is een manier om dit op een makkelijke manier in je broekzak te dragen...geen clip. Op zoek naar een holder die ik kan 'clippen' zonder dat het zichtbaar is...open for suggestions:-)

Deze investering heeft veroorzaakt dat ik nog een paar FK's besteld heb...be carefull
