The **Fox Extreme Tactical Kukri** is a solid machete designed by Boris Sterm. The total size of the Extreme Tactical Kukri is not too bad compared to other Kukri's. As such you benefit from a lower weight and compacter size. At the same time the blade length ensures you have enough weight to easily chop through anything. A perfectly balanced design.




The Böhler N690Co steel blade is sharp and stainless. It is enhanced with a so-called *compound grind*. This means that the blade is sharpened in two parts. A thicker part just before the handle, and thinner towards the tip. As such the tip is better for the finer tasks and the part before the handle is extra solid for the more demanding tasks.




You can carry the Fox FKMD Extreme Tactical Kukri in the included nylon leg sheath.

Aangaande het Fox FKMD Extreme Tactical Kukri FX-9CM04 kapmes, Boris Sterm design, kan ikzelf zeggen dat ik er zeer tevreden mee ben!

Het kapmes heeft in mijn visie een perfect (draag) gewicht.
Daarnaast is het design erg fraai.

Het punt: "Voldoet aan verwachtingen" scoort geen uitstekend maar een goed, vanwege het feit dat de meegeleverde beschermhoes, van iets mindere kwaliteit is.

Het kapmes zelf is een aanrader!

Zuerst mal das positive…….
Das Messer macht einen absolut wertigen und soliden Eindruck. Es liegt supergut in der Hand, ich habe relativ große Hände, und lässt sich perfekt als Hack und Hiebmesser einsetzen. Auch die Möglichkeit das Messer einfach durch einen Druck von der Gürtelhalterung abzunehmen ist sehr gut. 
Nun das nicht so positive…
Das ganze Zeug zum befestigten am Bein oder wo auch immer brauche ich mal nicht. Man kann es glücklicherweise problemlos weglassen. 
Letzter Kritikpunkt wäre die Befestigung oben am Griff, diese ist so eng, dass man sie fast nicht zubekommt. 
Aber das ist auch schon alles. 
Also eine klare Kaufempfehlung. 

Ein tolles Kukri mit guten Stahl, sehr guter Handlage und einer wirklich guten Schneide- und Hauleistung. 
Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Ein super kukri mit guten stahl fur  wenig geld wen man die grose des messers rechnet ( enlich kleineres messer kostet eben so viel oder noch mehr) .Die kinezische kopie kostet vilaicht 50€ aber ist kein vergleich mit den fkmd kukri von einer renomirten firma.

Heb kennelijk toch grotere handen dan de gemiddelde Italiaan.
Heft is voor mij iets aan de krappe kant.
