Thanks to the double-sided, stainless steel knife you can easily peel away from you and towards you. You use the sharp tip to remove potato eyes. Dit is echt een uitstekende dunschiller.
Heb van Microplane meerdere snij apparaten en wilde ook deze dunschillers wel eens proberen.
Is echt scherp en houd prima vast.

Wel nog wennen, gebruik is wat anders dan de oude bekende metalen dunschiller van ruim één euro.  Maar de greep is heel prettig aan mijn vingers. die oude doet me de laatste jaren zeer. Schilt goed, zowel van je af als naar je toe. Kwaliteit is echt prima! Goed scherp.
