Very good flattening block, bigger than I expected which is very good and easy for flattening. A bit pricey but definitely worth it. Flattens my whetstones easily.

It flattens the scharpening stones (water and old based stones) well. Especially because of its large surf face. I cannot imagine buying the smaller one to flatten a larger stone.
