The **Pathfinder Folding skillet / frying pan** is made from stainless steel and perfect when preparing different meals. Think of pancakes, omelettes, fried potatoes or a nice piece of meat. Use the pan on the stove, in the oven or over an open flame. The pan is enhanced with a foldable handle. As such it won't take up too much room, but it also ensures that you can lift it during use. 

To make sure the heat stays inside the skillet, it comes with a lid. During and immediately after cooking this lid is of course extremely hot. That is why a ring is attached to the lid. As such you can easily put a fork or stick through it. Very safe! The aluminium base is great because it improves the heat distribution of the pan.

Baking in a stainless steel pan might take some getting used to, but it does leave you with very crispy results. Did you burn your dish? No problem at all! Sehr gut wenn man nach einer leichten Pfanne für unterwegs sucht 

I have two slight criticisms, the first being the handle folding to the base of the pan and the second being a small amount of handle wiggle. That said the build quality is excellent in my opinion and the size I chose is perfect for me. It’s not too heavy yet feels extremely durable, I imagine it will give good service for many years.
I am happy the price and see it as a great investment.
