The **SOG Super SOG bowie SB1T-L fixed blade** is based on the original Bowie knife that started it all at SOG. The super SOG bowie is a true workhorse. The stunning traditional handle is composed of glued leather discs. The blade is made from razor-sharp Japanese stainless AUS8 steel. This type of steel is easy to sharpen. The black coating on the blade gives it a tactical look. The Bowie comes with a deluxe chic leather sheath and a sharpening stone.

## SOG Super SOG bowie SB1T-L fixed blade: a piece of history

SOG was founded in 1986 by Spencer Frazer with a clear goal: to reproduce the original SOG bowie knife. This knife was used by a study and observations group (SOG) during the Vietnam War. The Super SOG bowie is an improved version of the original knife. Traditional looks are combined with great features. With this knife, you truly get a piece of history!

Das Super SOG ist sehr wuchtig und nichts für kleine Hände. Mit Handschuhgröße 11 passt es mir gerade so. Die Qualität der Materialien ist sehr gut. Die Verarbeitung ist gut. Der Schleifstein, ok ein nettes Accessoires. 

Leider war bei dem ersten gelieferten Messer das Parierelement locker. Der Umtausch hat problemlos, kostenlos und schnell funktioniert. 

Großes Lob an den Service und die vorbildliche Kommunikation durch Frau Novak. Herzlichen Dank. 

Ich werde gerne wieder bei knivesandtools einkaufen.

I live in Sweden and ordered the knife on Sunday evening and had it delivered to my home by Thursday. Everything went smooth from paying and ordering to receiving the knife, will surely order from knivesandtools again and also recommend to my friends. 
The Sog Super Bowie was just how I expected it to be, very nice knife for the money.
