zeer snel verstuurd en netjes ontvangen heb ze al druk in gebruik!!!

Zeer goeden set, gebruik hem nu 1 week. Zeker voor de beginende kok is het en heel goed begin. Het blijft alleen wel jammer dat Wusthof hun messen in en anderen hoek slijpen, hierdoor moet je, je messen redelijk snel naar de slijper brengen omdat je in en anderen hoek aanzet. Maar verder zijn het top messen. Wel spijtig dat er 'Classic' set staat en dat terwijl er maar 3 classic messen aanwezig zijn. En de rest is gourmet, Zijn ook prima messen maar zijn wat minder scherp.

Maar ik raad het aan om als beginnend kok deze set te nemen omdat alles er in zit wat je nodig heb om te werken! 

Ik ben erg blij met deze koffer van Wusthoff. De gesmede Classic messen zijn top! En de gestanste gourmet messen zijn prima om mee te beginnen. Ik zit nu op de koksopleiding, dus daar komen ze goed van pas. De selectie messen is zeer compleet, ben vooral ook blij met het zalmmes en het banketbakkers mes, die zijn geweldig! Alleen jammer dat er geen dunschiller en gratentang bij zit... maar goed, dat zijn niet de grootste extra uitgaven. Bedankt ook voor de etsing service, ziet er mooi uit!

De messen zijn zeer geschikt voor profecioneel gebruik, ik heb ze zelf gebruikt en is zeer goed. In de koffer zit alles wat je nodig hebt voor in echte keuken.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
