The **Böker Optima 1674 Desert Ironwood 113019** is a cool version of the Böker Optima. This typical hunting knife has a large handle for optimal grip. Unique about the Böker Optima is that the clippoint blade can be removed. Instructions to do so are included. Böker offers a couple of replacement blades that can easily be installed, but another advantage is that you can properly clean the knife.

 The blade is made from 440C-steel. This is stainless and easy to sharpen. 440C-steel is a basic type of steel many current types of steel are based on.

 You open this pocket knife with two hands. The blade has been enhanced with a subtle 'nail nick' to make sure you have a little more grip over the blade. When opened the blade is blocked by a solid backlock.

 The handle is enhanced with comfortable finger grooves. The handle is enhanced with nickel silver bolsters which flank a striking desert ironwood inlay on both sides.

 This 1674 edition is a limited edition of which only 343 are made. Each model is numbered. While stocks last.

Parfait, entre un Buck 110 et un Case à lames inter-changeables, certainement une plus belle finition et des matériaux de haute qualité.  Certes, ce n'est pas une pièce unique ou un couteau d'artisan, mais un couteau de très belle facture. Par contre, pas trouvé les lames de rechange sur votre site.
