The **Böker Stockman Oak Beer Barrel 111057** is a chic little knife in the traditional Stockman pattern. Stockman knives were originally used by livestock farmers for a large variety of cutting tasks around the farm.

This version has a blade made from C75 carbon steel. Not stainless, but as they used to make it in the past. Even easier to sharpen razor-sharp, which is a great advantage. Carbon steel also forms a patina in time. It changes colour because of fruit acids and moisture. That is why a couple drops of oil once in a while will keep it in great shape.

The handle is made from 'Oak Beer Barrel'. This is oak wood with a rustic finish, taken from old beer barrels. A stunning handle material for a pocket knife.

You open this knife with two hands and when opened the slipjoint makes sure the knife doesn't close when you don't want it to. Please note: it doesn't completely lock the blade like a backlock!
