Chef's Choice 220 Hybrid knife sharpener, UK Plug

I have struggled to get a geed knife sharpener so I am delighted with the Chefs Choice which is easy to use and sharpens knives really well Additionally the service I received from Knives and Tools was excellent

Was a bit apprehensive about spending £50+ And the fact it has a manual honing blade but it really sharpened my 6 beaten and blunt knives. Would recommend this to others

I've had better results with this than the Landsky system, and in a tiny fraction of the time. IT does exactly what it says it should, the onlytwo comments I would make are that is is not designed for professional use - i.e. prolonged running (which will trigger the thermal cut-out and stop the motor until it cools down). And it is definitely right handed - so unless you are either right handed or ambidexterous you might curse it!

I had forgotten my husband had used this new sharpener and cut my finger! have got so used to fairly blunt knives but blimey, it really does the job. he said he did all my knives, and thats alot, in next to no time - would recommend
