The Due Cigni Coquus Santoku 18 cm is a stylish kitchen knife from Italy. Like all knives in the Coquus series, this knife is made from natural products. As such, the handles may show small differences, so every knife is unique! No kitchen knife series is complete without a Santoku, the Japense version of a chef's knife. The dimples in the blade ensure that no ingredients stick to the blade.
