This **Eden magnetic knife strip made from Pau Ferro** is a true asset to your kitchen! The strip doesn’t only look amazing, it is also safe for the blades you intend to store on it because the blade will only come into contact with the wood. As such the blade remains sharp and the cutting edge will not be damaged. The knife strip is strong enough to carry all types of knives.


**Wood type**
The core wood Pau Ferro has a striped look. The stripes vary in colour from red brown and yellow brown to dark brown. Often with a flaming pattern but various patterns in the structure can also come across as wavy. Pau Ferro has a very natural shine and can be enhanced with a smooth finish.


**Please note**: the magnetic strip you will receive can, because of natural variation, differ from the product photographs on the website. The model and the type of material, however, are the same.


**Mounting options**
The Eden magnetic knife strips can be mounted to your wall in two ways: with the included double-sided tape or with screws. The tape can take up to 20 kg per 10 cm.


**Maintenance**
All our magnetic knife strips are oiled using a mineral oil. When the wood loses its beautiful colour all you have to do is apply a new coat of oil. Preferably paraffin oil such as the [Eden Essentials mineral oil for wooden cutting boards, 120 ml](/en/pt/-eden-essentials-mineral-oil-for-wooden-cutting-boards-120-ml.htm). You can also easily clean the strip using a damp piece of cloth.
