The **Fiskars Norden P100 bushcraft knife** is an all-round bushcraft knife and a good companion to a Fiskars Norden axe. It's a medium-sized knife, making it suitable for both larger cutting tasks and precision work. The handle has an oval shape with nicely rounded edges, making it feel great in hand. Even after pro-longed use it won't hurt your hands.

## Fiskars Norden blade

The blade is made from German stainless steel. Easy to sharpen and very tough. At the tip of the blade, a small piece is hollow-ground, making it more pleasant to use the knife with the precision grip. 

## Fiskars Norden handle

The handle is made from FSC-certified birchwood. This is a strong type of wood that's often used for knife handles. Though the wood has a raw look, it has been treated with a layer of wax to ensure a pleasant grip and a long lifespan. To protect the wood the knife also features an aluminium bolster. It makes the knife look very luxurious. 

The knife comes with a nice sheath made from recycled leather.

Fiskars is a Finnish brand dating back to 1649. This brand produces shears, tools and axes. It's most famous for its distinct axes; most people will be familiar with their black and orange axes. In the Fiskars Norden series, they deviate from this orange colour and give way to more natural materials for a more traditional look. Allgemein sieht das Messer fantastisch aus und liegt wunderbar in der Hand, schönes Puuko in moderner Ausführung quasi. 
Aber nach dem ersten Einsatz an trockenem Fichtenholz, zeigt die Schneide bereits kleinste Ausbrüche und Dellen. Zu dünn ausgeschliffen vermutlich.
