The **Jack Wolf Gateway Barlow GW-BAR-01-SMT-BLU-BON** is the first 'budget' or entry-level model from Jack Wolf Knives. But that does not mean it is 'lesser-than' previous models! ## Gateway Barlow steel

Instead of the well-known S90V normally used by Jack Wolf, Sandvik 14c28n was chosen for the Gateway Barlow. It's a nicely balanced blade steel from Sweden that has already proven itself on the market. It is stainless, pretty tough and easy to sharpen. In addition, it retains its sharpness well. What more could you possibly ask for?

## Smooth blue bone handle

The handle is made from Smooth Blue Bone. Basically, this is cow bone that has been coloured and then beautifully polished. This is a truly classic handle material that radiates class and elegance.
