The **LT Wright GNS Saber** is a cool and popular bushcraft knife, made in the United States. GNS stands for: Go No Show. A term which means: This knife is made to be used, not to look beautiful. We do, however, think it looks amazing.



When you hold the LT Wright GNS you notice that a lot of time was spent on the ergonomics. It is nicely locked in hand, without creating any real 'hot spots'. In the basis this is a bushcraft knife. But you can immediately tell that this knife is also great for hunters, fishermen and camping and outdoor enthusiasts.



This Saber Grind version of the GNS is enhanced with a low flat grind. At the end of the flat grind you will find a great convex grind. As such the LT Wright GNS Saber is amazing to use. Stropping is the easiest way to maintain the knife.



The extra attention paid to the construction of this knife has truly paid off. The handle is attached with strong pins for a mechanical construction. LT Wright combined it with naval grade epoxy. As such the construction is even more solid. Ready to be used!



## Blade made from O1 tool steel.


O1 is a tough type of steel that is incredibly strong and easy to sharpen. Even when you are out in the field with limited means. Compared to 1075 steel it retains its sharpness better. Do, however, be careful: O1 steel is not completely stainless. As such it will discolour in time and form a patina. To avoid rust you need to clean it after use and occasionally add a couple drops of oil.



 The comfortable handle is made from micarta. A strong and light-weight material, made from linen and synthetic resin. Feels comfortable in hand, even in wet or cold circumstances.



This knife comes with a top-quality leather sheath.

LT Wright Knives is an American outdoor brand. At LT Wright Knives they still largely work in an old-fashioned way. By hand 'grinds' or 'bevels' are added to the blades, the handles are glued together and shaped, and even the entire knife is finished by hand. This means that there can be subtle differences between the different versions of the same knife. Both in terms of finish and size. This is also the charm of LT Wright Handcrafted Knives: each knife is unique. It also means that sometimes it is difficult to keep all knives in stock.
