The **Marttiini Fish Cleaner** is a very handy scaling knife and tool to clean your freshly caught fish. The curved shape of the stainless steel knife is great for cutting the fish open. Scales can keep butter and spices from soaking into the fish when it is frying in your pan. Moreover, burnt scales can also affect the flavour of the meat inside the fish. That's why the fish needs to be de-scaled. The serrated edge is designed to strip the fish of its scales. 

## Handle with spoon

With the metal spoon at the end of the handle, you can quickly and easily gut the fish. When the Fish Cleaner is not in use, the blade will be protected with the plastic sheath that is included.
