This **Maserin Apollo Olive 6-piece steak knife set** is a stylish Italian steak knife set with handles made from olive wood. These steak knives are not serrated - they have a flat, razor-sharp edge. This allows them to cut through the meat without tearing it, so the meat stays nice and juicy! These slim, graceful steak knives will be the centrepiece of the dinner table and an excellent way to impress your guests!

## Maserin Apollo Olive handle

The handle is made from olive wood. This is a light brown wood with a wild grain and dark brown lines. It looks incredibly beautiful on a light or a dark table. Olive is a naturally oil-rich wood. This makes it naturally water-repellent. Handy for cleaning! To keep the steak knives beautiful for as long as possible, we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher. Simply wash by hand and then dry with a cloth.

## Maserin Apollo blade

The blades of these steak knives are made from 4116N steel. This is a stainless steel that has been hardened to a hardness of around 58 HRC. As a result, the knife retains its sharpness for a long time when used correctly. A serrated knife may remain sharp for a little longer, but it is difficult to sharpen. That is not the case for these knives. You can easily sharpen them yourself if they start to lose some of their sharpness over time. To delay this as long as possible, we recommend serving and cutting the meat on a wooden serving or cutting board.
