The **Nitecore HC65 V2** is a very powerful head torch with a maximum output of 1750 lumens. This head torch is enhanced with different LED lights and light modes, making it perfect for use in different situations. Use it, for instance, when you go camping, hiking or climbing. 

Using the Nitecore HC65 V2 is easy with the button on top of the head torch. Hold this button to turn the light on and off. By pressing it briefly you can switch between light modes. The head torch is enhanced with a holder that allows the light to turn 180 degrees. As such you can easily set up the desired angle.

## Head torch with three light beams

The Nitecore HC65 V2 is enhanced with three different light beams: 

  * A white LED light that provides you with a beam of up to 1750 lumens and a beam distance of 165 metres.
  * A red LED light to make sure you maintain your night vision.
  * A white LED light with a high CRI value. For perfect colour rendering.

## Light modes for the Nitecore HC65 V2

## Light modes of the primary white LED light:

  * Turbo: 1750 lumens, burn time of approx. 30 minutes* 
  * High: 900 lumens, burn time of approx. 2 hours and 15 minutes
  * Medium: 250 lumens, burn time of approx. 6 hours
  * Low: 50 lumens, burn time of approx. 28 hours 
  * Ultra-low: 1 lumen, burn time of approx. 800 hours 
  * Beacon mode: 1750 lumens
  * SOS: 1750 lumens

## Light modes of the red beam:

  * High: 11 lumens, burn time of approx. 30 hours 
  * Low: 3 lumens, burn time of approx. 119 hours
  * Flashing mode: 11 lumens, burn time of approx. 57 hours 

## Light modes of the warm white beam

  * 35 lumens, burn time of approx. 20 hours 

*The burn time of the highest light mode is calculated at the moment the lamp is switched on in the highest mode. After 2-3 minutes, the light automatically switches to a lower mode due to the temperature regulation.

## Charging the Nitecore HC65 V2

The Nitecore HC65 V2 derives its power from the (included) 18650 battery, but in emergency situations it also works with two CR123 or RCR123 batteries. You can charge the head torch via the USB-C port that is hidden underneath the screw cap. It takes about 2 hour and 25 minutes to fully charge the light. The light tells you when the blue LED light on top of the torch stops flashing.
