The **NiteCore NU17 head torch** was designed for the beginner. So are you looking for a simple, rechargeable head torch? If so this light is perfect for you! It weighs next to nothing (46 grams) and is enhanced with white and red light. As such it is quickly suited for every situation.

 Directly charge the NiteCore NU17 via the micro-USB port. With a full battery the light will last up to 150 hours. Thanks to the reflective Optic Lens it will light up a width of 180 degrees. The CREE XP-G2 S3 LED takes care of an output of up to 130 lumens. With it you can easily light up your path.

 But that is not all. Even the headband was carefully thought out. For additional visibility it is enhanced with reflective strips. The best part is the bent silicone strip. With it the sweat is guided towards the side of the head. Perfect because you will never have sweat in your eyes.

 The main function of this head torch is producing white light. NiteCore, however, also added two extra modes to the light. Namely, red and CRI white light. CRI contains a higher Colour Index Rating, leaving you with a warmer, softer light. You can easily and quickly control these modes with the two switches.

 Red light is perfect for maintaining your night vision. But also when looking for night animals, stars and for night photography. The CRI white light function is a great assistant for short-range lighting. Think of camping, reading or as an emergency situation when the battery is about to run out.

 The light is also enhanced with a battery indicator. Press the R-switch down and a red light will flash one to three times. Is it flashing three times? This means that the battery is more than 50% full. Is the light only flashing once? If so the battery only has 10% left.

 NiteCore developed the NiteCore NU17 for beginners. However, if you are looking for a simple, rechargeable head torch, you don't have to look any further. Whether you are a beginner or more experiences, this light will surprise you.
