The **Real Steel CVX-80** is a compact bushcraft knife enhanced with a convex grind. Except for some expensive specialists you rarely come across convex grinds nowadays. This convex *grind* is amazing to use. Something you truly notice during woodwork. It is impressive to see how Real Steel was able to add such an expensive grind to such an affordable knife.



The CVX80 is compact and therefore perfect for small bushcraft tasks. But also during hikes or a picnic it will be the perfect companion. We even see it excel as an EDC knife! Because of its convex edge you benefit from the sharpness and the cutting performances at the same time. An amazing combination.



The blade is made from Böhler N690Co. A stainless, tough type of steel that is easy to sharpen. The handle is made from micarta. An incredibly strong and sustainable composite material made from synthetic resin and linnen. Despite its compact size you still have enough grip.



The Real Steel CVX-80 comes with a sleek kydex sheath.

Sympathique petit couteau,  discret à la ceinture car la boucle de ceinture est basse sur l' étui. L' étui en question n' est pas d' une qualité irréprochable, mais relativement pratique. Le micarta est plus rêche  que sur la photo et également plus grisâtre.
Un "rivet" des poignées dépasse légèrement d' un coté du manche.
Le tranchant "convexe" a en fait une micro émouture au niveau du fil, visible sur la 3ieme photo. Dans l' absolu, je l' aime avec ses défauts et si il n' en avait pas je ne  l' utiliserait pas autant!
