The SOG Entrenching Tool F08-N is a versatile and compact folding shovel. The Entrenching tool can be used as a shovel and pickaxe. The tool has a length of only 18.5 cm when folded. Ideal to carry with you on your camping- or survival trip. The triangle handle offers a firm grip. It is completely made from carbon steel. This steel, however, is not corrosion-resistant. Fortunately, the material is enhanced with a black coating, so maintenance is limited.

To scoop, unfold the handle and the blade Then turn the latch to lock the handle and the blade. The blade is serrated on one side for sawing work. Want to use the pickaxe? Loosen the latch and tilt the blade. Tilt up the pickaxe and lock by turning the latch. The included compact nylon storage case with belt loop is very practical. This versatile tool should not be missing from the backpack of every outdoor, survival and camping enthusiast!

DO NOT USE KNIVES AND TOOLS. Their customer service is horrendous. I placed an order for this and other petromax products on 6th Dec for christmas presents. On 20th Dec I emailed knives and tools to cancel the order aside had not recieved my order. I emailed again on 21st Dec to cancel the order and get my credit card refunded. They ignored my requests and shipped anyway. One month after ordering they still refuse to refund my credit card. DO NOT USE KNIVES AND TOOLS.
