The **Steel Will 1010 Adept** is a large, tactical fixed blade knife with a tanto blade. Designed as an uncompromising military knife. It has a modern look and is very practical thanks to the thick blade and the materials that were chosen.

## Steel Will 1010 Adept materials

The blade is made from Austrian Böhler N690 steel with a black PVD coating. It is a well-known type of steel. Stainless, low-maintenance and retains its sharpness well. It is also relatively tough for stainless steel which means it can handle its own. The 3D-milled G10 handle offers great grip, is durable and also looks very tough. The back of the handle features a pointy protrusion of the steel tang. This protrusion can be used as a glass breaker.

The Steel Will Adept 1010 is delivered as a complete set. It comes with a MOLLE compatible Kydex sheath, including straps that allow you to carry the knife on your leg. The straps have rubber on the inside to prevent movement. This sheath also features a Tek-Lok clip.

Oke ik wil deze review beginnen met het feit dat we hier met professioneel mes te maken hebben, ik sta echt versteld van het ontwerp, het is heel klassiek maar toch ook modern. 

Ik ben een hele grote fan van het tanto geslepen lemmet, ook de coating en het handvat zijn buitengewoon boven verwachting. 

Dankjewel voor dit mes!

Sehr guter Allrounder für das Grobe bei Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Hacken, Hebeln, Batonieren etc. kein Problem, hält ziemlich was aus und gefühlt unzerstörbar.
Klingenlänge ist 15cm (nicht wie angegeben 10cm) !
Was mir gut gefällt:
- Sehr gute Schärfe ab Werk.
- Griff hat einen angenehme rutschfeste Rauhigkeit durch die gefräste Kerbung, auch ohne Handschuhe angenehm und liegt gut in der Hand.
- Kein Jimping am Klingenrücken (habe Euch lieb !)
- Feuerstahlbedienung durch Klingenrücken sehr gut möglich
- Mittelpunkt der Ausbalancierung liegt genau im Zeigefingerbereich vor dem Guard.
- Sehr ausgetüftelte Scheide für viele Trage/Befestigungs-Möglichkeiten
Vielleicht wundert man sich über die Lasche an der Kydex-Scheide, aber die dient dazu, dass man den Zeigefinger beim Ziehen leicht darauf drückt und das Messer dadurch im Bedarfsfall lautlos ziehen kann. Messer sitzt übrigens perfekt und ohne Klappern in der Kydex-Scheide.
