Expectations
I have tried many knives over the years. This one exceeded my expectations. This knife is light in the hand. But it makes you feel controlled. It cuts anything smoothly, it just glides. Which makes preparing food an enjoyable occasion. Happy to take it out and cut as many onions or vegetables.
