Viper Dan 2 5930STW Silver Twill N690, sheepfoot

An excellent choice for a UK legal pocket knife. I really like the way the silver twill G10 scales look. The blued titanium backspacer is a nice touch too. The mechanism is pretty novel; it's not a slipjoint like most UK legal knives. It's almost like a friction folder in the way it has a front flipper, but there is an extra layer of security in the form of a stiff detent that acts on both sides of the blade. Despite the stiff detent, the mechanism can be surprisingly easy to operate if you lubricate the detent track and tune the tension of the pivot. I also like the way this carries, both in the hand and the pocket. The smooth contoured scales make it comfortable to hold and use. The pocket clip is excellent; enables very deep carry with the entire knife body hidden and the smooth G10 means that this won't destroy your pockets. My only real complaints are that the sharpening choil is slightly small and I don't like the text on the pocket clip (although this could be remedied with a little home modification I'm sure). Additionally, in terms of the materials you are getting, the price is slightly steep on this. If you are not picky about scale material, you can get knives with the same N690Co steel for about half the price (e.g. Spyderco Urban). All in all though, a very worthwhile purchase.
