The Viper Keeper is a versatile pocket knife with a tactical look. In the open position the knife resembles a dagger because of the steel parts around the hinge. These act like a normal flipper, an Emerson-like wave, as finger support and as a front flipper. A characteristic style element with multiple useful functions. The stylish Italian design with smooth lines is enhanced by the beautiful micarta handle. The pocket clip is very subtle and can also be carried deep inside your pocket.

Een bijzonder vormgegeven mes. De flipper bij deze mes is even wennen. Met 2 vingers is het makkelijker open te flippen. Maar het sluiten met 1 hand is iets lastiger. Lemmet is mooi gesatineerd en erg scherp. Ook belangrijk. De micarta handgreep wordt na 10 x flippen wel donker van kleur, maar het wordt er niet slechter op. Het geeft een goede grip en voelt niet koud in de hand.

Weer een erg mooi afgewerkt Italiaans mes. Uit deze fabriek, die meerdere merken vertegenwoordigd, komen wel erg goede kwaliteit messen, die op zeer hoog niveau staan qua afwerking. 
Wel opletten dat er meerdere manieren zijn om dit mes te openen. Een soort Emerson wave is ook aanwezig, maar er is niet een sterke detent, zoals bij mijn Emerson. Als je dit mes gewoon uit je broekzak wil halen, door het langzaam omhoog te halen, kan het lemmet al iets openen. De extreme scherpte en punt kunnen dan gevaarlijk zijn. opletten dus. Verder een zeer mooi mes met goede snij eigenschappen.
