This knife is great to used to all tasks, the weight of the blade helps it to glide through tasks with ease. Out of the box the knife is incredibly sharp and the edge has good retention. The handle of the knife is great as well with the classic ikon handle your it’ll just fit in to your hand with out any discomfort.

First class product at a bargain price. Very prompt delivery. Have looked for a French style knife with a reduced bolster for a very long time, it makes sharpening much easier.
