This Wusthof IKON steak knife is perfect in every way. I looked at other makes in various stores but they did not feel right in my hand. This knife does. Perfectly balanced, the cutting blade is extremely sharp and cuts meat effortlessly. No sawing action with this beauty! Give it a try. You will not be disappointed. Knives and Tools have been an excellent Company to do business with. One question - do they do steak forks to complement this fantastic steak knife?
