This Wüsthof Gourmet salmon knife with dimples is the perfect knife when cutting and preparing salmon. This salmon knife has a flexible and razor-sharp blade to make sure you can easily cut through salmon. Perfect when cutting wafer-thin slices. The dimples - small dents on the edge of the knife - create small air pockets that ensure that the fish does not stick to the blade.

The knife has a nice look and feel, is light and and easy to handle despite its length. It slices salmon cleanly, because it is very sharp, and the scalloped blade lessens the likelihood of the salmon adhering to the blade. The blade is also very flexible which makes slicing easier.
