Das Messer kam gut geschliffen an.
Eigentlich ein gutes Messer, was mir nicht gefallen hat war der Griff:
Der silberne Knopf resp. die Niete am Griffende ist nicht wie angenommen bündig mit dem Griff, sonder ragt ein wenig aus dem Griff hinaus. Für mich ist dies eine Fehlkonstruktion, weil es störend wirkt. Zudem ist beim Übergang vom Griff zur Klinge eine Fuge entstanden, obwohl in der Produktbeschreibung mit "fugenfrei" geworben wird.
Ich habe gleichzeitig mit diesem Messer ein anderes Wüsthof-Kochmesser bestellt: Icon Classic 23cm. Da liegen Welten dazwischen. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder Messer von der Icon Classic Serie bestellen aber nie wieder von der Grand Prix II Serie.

Snelle levering. Ik was vergeten de gravering op te geven. Via email snel opgelost. Nogmaals zeer empatisch personeel.

Ook erg fijn mes maar had alleen iets anders verwcht toen ik hem bestelde maar maakt verder niet uit uitstekend mes verder
