This Wüsthof Ikon-santoku may rightly be called an iconic cutting tool. This relatively exclusive Wüsthof collection is mostly characterized by the remarkable handle material that is used. The handles are namely made from African Blackwood. This is incredibly valuable wood, that is mostly used to produce wooden instruments such as a oboes and clarinets. The grains in the wood make each product unique.
