This **Wüsthof Silverpoint chef's knife 18 cm** is a perfect small chef's knife for every chef. The blade is made from stainless steel and the ergonomically shaped handle is made from a top-quality type of synthetic plastic. Very hygienic and it offers you extra grip as you cut wet products. The plastic also ensures that the knives are dishwasher proof, but we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher.

## Wüsthof Silverpoint collection


The blades of the knives from the Silverpoint collection are cut from a single sheet of X50CrMoV15. This remarkable production process ensures that these knives are, in comparison to other Wüsthof collections, very affordable. Because of the plastic handles the knives weigh next to nothing. This is an advantage for any amateur chef, but also if you are planning to use the knife for a longer period of time. Because the knives are light-weight and razor-sharp they are easy and amazing to use!

Sûrement pas le meilleur couteau extra performance, mais nous qui faisons de la cuisine familiale et pas intensément ça nous suffit plus qu'amplement. C'est devenu un plaisir de couper les légumes et la viande, et puis il est léger !



Très léger mais solide. Un couteau très maniable et pratique avec un rapport qualité prix optimum.

Couteau très tranchant d'office et juste la bonne longueur à mon goût ;j’avais déjà un couteau chef de 23 cms trop encombrant pour moi .

Het budget model van een erg goed merk is nog steeds een uitstekend product. Het lemmet is een dun model, waardoor het mes licht in de hand ligt, persoonlijk vindt ik dit wel prettig maar het is een kwestie van smaak of je een zwaar of een licht mes prefereert. afwerking is netjes en goed. vaatwasser bestendig hoewel ik zelf altijd mijn messen afspoel onder de kraan na gebruik.
