Bonne prise en main, finitions magnifiques. C'est un couteau assez haut qui permet de couper des gros éléments. Le tranchant est tranchant, à voir sur le long terme

The knife is sharp out the box, is good to hold; has a good grip. It can chop vegetables very fine and is what I wanted. I have tried it on chicken and it had no problems. Very pleased *****
