The Buck 818 Apex was designed keeping mountain climbers in mind. The pocket knife weighs next to nothing and can easily be secured with the carabiner. This carabiner can also be used as a bottle opener. Probably to celebrate arriving down the mountain safely.

Zeer fijn mes. Klein en past dus makkelijk in je broekzak maar tegelijk zeer praktisch. Mooi vorm gegevenen en handig in gebruik.

Aankoop op tijd toegekrgen en uitgepakt. 
eerste indruk was goed. Uitzicht en stijl kwam overeen met de foto's op de site. 
Kwaliteit is ook goed. alles zit stevig zonder overbodige speling in elkaar. Lemmet komt scherp toe van de fabrikant. 
Mesje was oorspronkelijk bedoelt als backup voor een klein EDC kitje, maar is door zijn gewicht(zeer licht) en omvang nu standaard mee in mijn broezak als dagelijks pennemesen voldoet hiervoor uitstekend (de carabijnhaak werkt ook goed als sleutelhanger).  
Kortom, voor zijn prijs een uitstekende aankoop.  

Licht en simpel mesje dat vooral op bergbeklimmers is gericht. De afwerking is voor de prijs goed te noemen. Word scherp geleverd.
