The CRKT M16-series has been one of the most popular series of this brand for years. The M16 Z Spear Point is definitely part of that! The knife is made for strength and function and has has a fixed value within CRKT for many years. The tactical design was made by Kit Carson, who has been a big name in the knife world for over 35 years. 
  
  

The M16 Z Spear Point knife uses an InterFrame construction with glass fiber reinforced nylon scales. This makes the handle extremely strong and pleasant to handle. This knife is more than suitable for everyday use. 
A unique feature of the M16 Z Spear Point pocket knife is the AutoLAWKS safety system. This system is sort of a double lock, through which it is nearly impossible to close the blade accidentally. This way, the CRKT M16 Z is almost equally as strong as a fixed blade. 
  
  

The Carson Flipper helps with a smooth opening of the knife. It also serves as a finger protection when using the knife in the open position. The practical pocket clip makes the CRKT M16 Z Spear Point a very suitable option for daily use.

Het is een fijn mes, snel te openen, mooi afgewerkt, goede vergrendeling, volgende dag geleverd, scherp enzovoorts.

De prijs is veel te hoog €50,- was mooi geweest. Ok ik snap import en zo, maar toch. Er zit teveel speling op het lemmet. En de linker kunststofschaal zit een beetje los.

Ja, je kunt alles strakker zetten met de "pivot" tot alles wel goed vast zit maar dan krijg je het mes niet meer open met één hand. 

Goed mes maar te duur.

une ouverture digne des grands couteaux, douce et rapide. Je vais surveiller la mécanique dans le temps, histoire de voir si le mécanisme de blocage tiens la route avec une utilisation quotidienne. Un belle objet a adopter !
