The **ESEE Junglas II** is the ultimate knife for anyone who thinks a machete is a little big but is still looking for a knife they can use to chop with. This second incarnation of the Junglas is similar to the original Junglas. The difference is that the Junglas 2 has a blade that is 2 inches shorter, approximately 5 cm. As a result the ESEE Junglas 2 is a little more manageable, while you still have more than enough blade length than with an average fixed knife.


Where many machetes are barely sharp enough to cut with, the Junglas 2 is razor-sharp when it is delivered. And it is nice and heavy to make chopping incredibly easy. The micarta handle is large and ergonomically sound. It feels somewhat rigid which is great for grip and comfort. If necessary you can easily remove the handles.


## ESEE Junglas II: made to be used


The steel on the Junglas 2 is made from 1095 carbon steel. The extremely sustainable powder coating on the blade helps to protect it from the increased rust sensitivity of the carbon steel. The amazing utilization properties guarantee a life of fun. The back of the Junglas has been enhanced with a wide opening for a lanyard and is also great to use as a hammer.

The ESEE Junglas was originally designed for the Brazilian jungle police. They were looking for a machete that was a little more sturdy to make sure it could also be used as a fixed knife. Today the Junglas is also used throughout Latin America by counter-narcotics officers who spend a lot of time in the jungle, but worldwide also by adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts who appreciate a large and sturdy knife.


This edition of the Junglas II comes with a luxurious kydex sheath, with MOLLE-compatible back.

Bon gros couteau à la limite de la machette. Du point de vue de la solidité, la pointe de par sa finesse, me fait un peu peur.

Fabuleux , pour tt ceux qui veulent fendre la forêt....

Bon couteau de camp à tout faire , le revêtement part assez vite tout de même , efficace en coup à la volé, surprenant en hérisson assez agréable, le manche es un peu gros pour moi (mains taille 8,5) satisfait globalement même si je trouve le rapport qualité prix pas exceptionnel enfin le produit es un peu cher pour ce que c’est , 

Une machine, pas besoin de hache, ni de scie.

Déçu à la réception de mon colis le carton du esee est abîmé, sinon le junglas 2 respire la robustesse et la qualité de fabrication, juste dégouté que l’emballage soit abîmé vue le prix…
