The **Fenix UC30 2017 flashlight** is very versatile. You can easily take it with you, it has a number of different light modes and enough lumen. With a length of 12.8 cm it is also very compact. The aluminium body ensures that the light can handle its own and because of the built-in micro USB port you can also quickly charge the Fenix UC30. Great! As such this practical flashlight can easily be used on the campsite, while running and for EDC purposes, but it is also great for emergency services and other professional use.

## Fenix UC30: the 2017 - edition

The popular Fenix UC30 was updated in 2017. It is, for instance, enhanced with a wear resistant, stainless steel switch. The rubber cover for the micro-usb port is light-green. Do you prefer another colour? You can also choose a black or purple cover. These colours come with the light and enable you to personalize the light.

 Fenix also changed the LED light: this is now a Cree XP-L Hi V3 LED light. This LED light provides a combined beam. As such you can light up everything within a distance of 253 meters. The UC30 2017 was also enhanced with an additional light mode, as such you will always have the right amount of light for every situation close.

 ## Fenix UC30 2017

 The head of the light contains a micro USB port. A rubber cover ensures that the head is protected against water and dust. A such the USB-port also cannot be damaged. Want to check the battery status while charging the light? A red-green charging indicator shows you the charging status.

 The Fenix Hm30R comes with a 18650 Li-Ion battery. If you don't have time to charge the battery in the meantime, take a spare battery with you. But you can also use it with two Cr123A batteries. Want to know how full the battery is? As soon as the light is off click the switch once and the battery indicator will immediately give you the current battery voltage. As such you can find out how full or empty the battery is. This indicator does not work in combination with the CR123A batteries.

 ### Light modes of the Fenix Uc30 2017

 * Turbo: 1000 lumens, burn time of approx. 1 hours and 25 minutes*
* High: 350 lumens, burn time of approx. 3 hours and 20 minutes
* Medium: 150 lumens, burn time of approx. 8 hours and 45 minutes
* Low: 50 lumens, burn time of approx. 28 hours and 25 minutes
* Eco: 5 lumens, burn time of approx. 150 hours
* Strobe: 1000 lumens

*The burn time of the highest mode is calculated at the moment the lamp is switched on in the highest position. After 2-3 minutes, the lamp automatically switches to the lower light mode due to temperature regulation.

You don't want the light to accidentally turn on during transport. To ensure it doesn't you can use the lock-out mode. To activate this mode the flashlight needs to be turned on. Click the switch twice in a row. The light will confirm the mode by blinking twice. Now the flashlight will never burn if you don't want it to.

 If you press the switch again after activation the light will blink twice. Nothing else will happen. To deactivate this mode you click the switch twice again. Thanks to the memory of the light it will always start with the mode last used. This does not only apply to the stroboscope mode.

The Fenix UC30 2017 comes with one Fenix 18650, 2600mAh Li-Ion battery, micro-usb cable, wrist strap, nylon holster and spare rubber covers for the USB port.

 ## Intelligent protection

 If you use the turbo mode for a longer period of time the light will start to heat up. When the light reaches a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius or higher, the light will automatically drop the amount of lumen to lower the temperature.

Aangekocht als voordelige, felle lamp om gebruik te blijven maken van de "oude" 18650 accu's. Laad accu in de zaklamp zelf via "oudere" micro-USB aansluiting. Kort kabeltje is bijgevoegd, dus alleen USB 240V stekker nodig.

Prima zaklamp met zeer hoge lichtopbrengst. De bediening is alleen even wennen.

Zeer goede compacte zaklamp schijnt enorm ver dus meer heb je voor normaal gebruik zeker niet nodig 👍🏻

mooi zaklamp, degelijk, voldoende licht, makkelijk mee te nemen. heb zelf de wat grotere van fenix (voor jacht).  Met de kerst heb ik mijn 4 zoons er een cadeau gedaan! waren ze maar wat blij mee, de jongste (17) had em de hele avond in de hand haha.
