The **Kershaw Barricade** is a rescue knife. A razor-sharp blade, glass breaker and seatbelt cutter: it all comes in handy in case of an emergency. Bright orange so you can't miss it when you need it. 

 Because every second counts in an emergency situation, the blade opens quickly. The blade made from 8Cr13MoV-steel, with flipper and thumb rest, opens fast. Thanks to the SpeedSafe-assisted opening. A strong spring that helps you open the knife.

 On the back of the handle you find a carbide glass breaker. Rock-solid, perfect for breaking a glass window. You cut the seatbelt with the belt cutter. This one is attached in a way that you won't harm anyone with the normal blade, when cutting the seatbelt. Accidents happen!

 Of course you hope to never find yourself in such a situation. But if you ever do find yourself in that situation, it is nice to be able to break barricades with the Kershaw Barricade.

Op papier leek het mes wat ik zocht. Helaas is de bediening van flipper loodzwaar en daardoor pijnlijk na een handvol keren bedienen en met de duimsteunen krijg ik het mes helemaal niet open. De beginweerstand van de assisted opening is te groot en de duimsteunen slecht bereikbaar. Daarbij maakt de dunne liner lock ook geen erg betrouwbare indruk.
Daarom het mes teruggestuurd. 

Couteau bon rapport qualité/prix. 
Tranchant bien aiguisé 

Prachtig mes! Prima degelijke kwaliteit. 
Opend super snel en makkelijk met de flipper waar ook een veer mee werkt. 
Beetje zelf bijgeslepen maar dan is ie ook echt helemaal af!!

The opening mechanism is rather stiff, can't open it with the studs. Still, a nice affordable knife overall. Feels comfortable in the hand, decent build quality.
