The **Morakniv Companion Spark** is a practical and affordable bushcraft knife, with built-in firesteel. You can easily remove it from the end of the handle, so you can start building a fire right away.

 The name Companion might already suggest that this design is based on this famous model. In terms of shape, use of materials and ergonomics it is indeed similar. The blade is made from Swedish Sandvik 12C27 steel. A stainless type of steel that is easy to sharpen. The traditional scandi-edge is great at wood work, and the blade length is just right for many bushcraft tasks.

 Mora sharpened the spine of the blade. As a result you can easily use it in combination with a firesteel. The sparks will fly. But also when scraping wood to make tinder this will definitely come in handy.

 When you need to rely on a firesteel in the wild it does need to be properly secured. That is why Mora came up with a practical click system. A little turn to the right and it is loose, turn it the other side and you can secure it once again.

 The Morakniv Companion Spark comes with a plastic sheath. This sheath has a belt loop with enough room for belts up to 4.5 cm.

Le couteau est parfait en main, le firesteel efficace et bien calé sans aucune gêne dans le manche, il tranche, coupe, zigouille aisément tout ce qui est passé sous sa lame (WE survie); n'a rechigné devant rien, lame fiable. Léger, s'accroche bien à la taille y compris sans ceinture (directement sur vêtement). Super découverte, rapport qualité/prix imbattable dans cette gamme! Très jolie découverte.
