The **Nitecore P10iX** flashlight is the more compact version of the P20iX. The broad beam of this light is a lot more practical for many than a focused beam. This is because in most cases you want to be able to see your immediate surroundings. For instance when you are walking the dog, camping or doing chores in and around the house. This flashlight has two settings, as such you can use it for both tactical purposes and in and around the house. 

The Nitecore P10iX is enhanced with four CREE XP-L2 V6 LED lights. These provide you with a nice diffused and calm light image. In addition, because of these LED lights you have a powerful beam your disposal of up to 4000 lumens.

## How to use the Nitecore P10iX

Hold the button on the back of the flashlight for the 'momentary on' function. When you release the button the torch will be turned off. By fully pressing down the button you will turn the light on. When you take the light from the box for the first time it will automatically be set in the 'daily mode'. In this mode you can switch between the different light modes by pressing the button next to the tactical button (the mode button). 

When you hold down the mode button and turn the back of the lamp a quarter turn to the right, turn it back and release the button, you activate the tactical mode. In this mode the light will always start out in the turbo mode when you turn the light on. By pressing the turbo button the light will switch to the lower light modes. 

## Light modes for the Nitecore P10iX

  * Turbo: 4000 luemsn, average burn time of 30 minutes* 
  * Higher: 1700 lumens, average burn time of 2 hours
  * High: 850 lumens, average burn time of 2 hours and 30 minutes
  * Medium: 300 lumens, average burn time of 7 hours and 15 minutes
  * Low: 50 lumens, average burn time of 38 hours 
  * Ultra-low: 2 lumens, average burn time of 350 hours 
  * Strobe: 4000 lumens 

*The burn time of the highest light mode is calculated at the moment the lamp is switched on in the highest mode. After 2-3 minutes, the light automatically switches to a lower mode due to the temperature regulation.

## Accessories for the Nitecore P10iX

The light comes with battery, holder for two CR123 batteries, tactical holster, USB-C charging cable, wrist strap, pocket clip and additional O-ring.

I'm not a torch expert. I have an Olight Warrior that I use sometimes and a little Fenix in my jacket as well as a tiny Nitecore with my housekeys.
This one is big, the biggest one of my collection, it's textured for grip and feels very ergonomic in my v.big hands. The back button is clicky and tactile and the mode switch doubles as the flashy blinding function when the torch is unlit. The spread and warmth of the light make this a kind of sweeping style torch. It's not a spotlight for sticking on a specific target, it's more of a "walking down a wooded path scaring rats and finding dog poos" kind of torch. 
And for that, it fits a very nice niche.

Echt een top zaklamp! Erg gebruiksvriendelijk en erg makkelijk om door de verschillende standen te gaan. 
Zit nu standaart in mijn rugzak pouch! Snel geleverd maar ik ben niet anders gewend van Knivesandtools!


Mooie lamp, met veel licht.
Afgelopen carnaval gebruikt met het werken in/rond de tent. Deze kwam goed van pas.

Het enige nadeel vond ik dat ik het bandje (dat je hem om je pols kon doen) aan dit model niet kon bevestigen (alleen met de ijzeren houder)
