Renowned windmill knife by Robert Herder. Its entire blade is very thinly ground for superb cutting performance. This little gem is not called ‘The Mini Chef’ for nothing. It is specially designed for children, ranging between 6 and 9 years, to use in the kitchen.   

It features a rounded tip for safety and protection during cutting. The shape of the blade is also ideal for the novice chef. In a nutshell, a great knife boasting many features. Its ergonomically-shaped handle is made of red beechwood.   
  


As with all good chef’s knives, the Mini Chef should not be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Das Messer macht einen sehr guten Eindruck, ich werde meine Enkelin, für die es bestimmt ist, aber warnen, dass es sich um ein echt scharfes Messer handelt, also aufpassen.

Let op. Het mes is voor kinderen maar het is erg scherp.

Heb het mes cadeau gedaan en deze ook laten graveren. Na bestelling had ik het mes de volgende dag al in huis. Ook de gravering was super! Na het uitpakken zijn we meteen begonnen met snijden. Door de afmeting van het mes en de handgreep was deze perfect voor het kind dat deze cadeau kreeg. Opvallend was het gemak waarmee het mes door de groente heen ging. Kwaliteit die je bij Robert herder verwacht en ook bij dit mes krijgt. Ontzettend leuk om op deze manier kinderen te betrekken bij het koken!

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
