This **Spyderco Paramilitary 2 is** an amazing pocket knife that is made in the Spyderco factory in Golden, Colorado, USA, Earth. As befits Spyderco the finish is sublime. It opens easily and the famous Compression Lock, designed by Spyderco founder Sal Glesser, is very solid and easy to control. 

 The blade of the Spyderco Paramilitary 2 is made from CPM S45VN-steel. A stainless type of steel that is very popular amongst enthusiasts. With a very thin grind, a perfect *slicer*. 

 ## Spyderco Paramilitary 2: an ergonomic success story

 Spyderco produces knives that should be used not looked at. And yet the Paramilitary 2 is amazing to look at. At the same time, however, the ergonomics are amazing as well. Designer Sal Glesser knows really well what works and what doesn't, you can tell when you look at this successful model.

 Many pocket knives are good for left-handed use, but are secretly designed for right-handed use. Ik zocht een allround mes, dat met één hand linkshandig te openen is. Dit mes voldoet daar aan. Opmerkelijk is het handvat, dit is van zeer licht materiaal, wat het mes uit balans brengt. Ook krast het handvat erg snel. Voor zo'n duur mes had ik hier meer van verwacht.

Das Para 3 sah dann passend aus, leider gab es hier keine Linkshand Version, was mich dann zum Glück dazu brachte das Paramilitary 2 zu bestellen :)

Excelente navaja. Hay opciones más económicas, pero para una navaja hecha en Estados Unidos por una compañía de renombre, da lo que promete.
