Couteau de chef idéal, il est parfait : finitions haut de gamme (la symétrie et l'ajustement sont sans le moindre défaut), ergonomie au top, qualité supérieure de l'acier inox qui bénéficie d'un super traitement thermique (robuste, hyper tranchant, excellente durée de coupe, simple à aiguiser). Fabriqué à Solingen. Ce Wüsthof Classic reste très accessible et il surclasse sans peine toutes les autres marques industrielles de cuisine. En usage général, il atteint même les performances de couteaux artisanaux japonais forgés par exemple chez KAI ou par maître T. Saji (seules les lames les plus fines pour la découpe du poisson gardent un petit avantage dans ce domaine).

Good quality knife. Nicely balanced and appears to hold a sharp edge well. Cuts a variety of meats and vegetables with ease even hard air dried salami !!! Well packaged and delivered within expected timeframe. I would use this supplier again

This is my first purchase of a "proper" kitchen knife and I have been absolutely blown away by it. It is razor sharp out of the box and I have been finding any excuse to use it on a variety of different foods. Well worth the money and something I have used multiple times a day since purchase

The knife is top notch. The blade cuts easily through everything. Be carefull cause it is very sharp and you need to buy a case.I only have it for 1 month so i will have to see how long it holds sharpness to write more accurately review
