This Wüsthof magnetic knife strip is the ideal solution for storing your kitchen knives without using up too much of your space. You attach the strip to the wall and "stick" your knives on it. This way you always have your kitchen knives at hand when cooking. It also looks very nice when having a beautiful kitchen knife set.

 Do not store your kitchen knives in the kitchen drawer. They can easily be damaged(if you do not use knife protectors) and also take up a lot of space. If you have a small counter top, the latter can also apply to a knife block. A better option is to choose for a magnetic strip on the wall. And are you expanding your knife collection? You just hang a second strip next to it! Much more practical than buying a second knife block.

Door de corona crisis heb ik nog niemand kunnen laten komen om de strip te bevestigen, dus mijn reactie kun je niet optimaal noemen

Degelijk uitgevoerde strip met veel ruimte voor messen en scharen. De strip is voorzien van twee zware magneten waardoor je spullen goed op hun plaats blijven zitten. Om bijv. een mes van de strip te verwijderen wip ik hem eerst van de onderste magneet en daarna van de bovenste  (of omgekeerd). Hierdoor hoef je minder hard te trekken.

Prima sterke magneet, goede lengte voor veel messen. Strak design.
We zijn zeer tevreden en kunnen dit van harte aanbevelen

Een strip die zich zeer makkelijk laat monteren. Het probleem dat hij los komt bij het afnemen van de messen ben ik nog niet tegen gekomen. Mogelijk zijn dan de boorgaten te ruim. De messen blijven goed hangen en zakken niet naar onder. Ondanks de sterke magneten zijn de messen er makkelijk af te halen.
Je betaalt voor deze strip misschien iets meer dan voor andere maar daar krijg je dan ook een goede kwaliteit voor in de plaats.

Strip is solide en netjes uitgevoerd. Ook de magnetische kleefkracht is meer dan voldoende om de zwaarste messen ,over de volle lengte, stevig op hun plek te houden.
Helaas bood de strip te weinig oppervlakte aan de achterkant om het aan de wand te plakken i.p.v. te schroeven. Opgelost door een lat van 4x35mm aan de binnenkant van het profiel met polymeer lijm te plakken. Vervolgens deze lat met powertape (100kg/m) aan de tegelwand geplakt.
