Purchased this knife to complement its smaller 9cm brother - sometimes you just want a slightly larger blade. Excellent for fruit and vegetable preparation and for so many other jobs. Together with Paring, Serrated 'Sausage' and Chefs knives, food preparation is swift, safe and a pleasure. These knives are seriously sharp and appear to be very well made with an exceptional "feel". I would recommend these knives with no hesitation.
