The **Wüsthof Silverpoint filleting knife 16 cm** is an extra thin filleting knife. The thin, flexible blade ensures that meat and fish can can be cut into wafer-thin slices.


The blade is made from stainless steel and the ergonomically shaped handle is made from a top-quality type of synthetic plastic. Very hygienic and it offers you extra grip as you cut wet products. The plastic also ensures that the knives are dishwasher proof, but we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher.

## Wüsthof Silverpoint collection


The blades of the knives from the Silverpoint collection are cut from a single sheet of X50CrMoV15. This remarkable production process ensures that these knives are, in comparison to other Wüsthof collections, very affordable. Because of the plastic handles the knives weigh next to nothing. This is an advantage for any amateur chef, but also if you are planning to use the knife for a longer period of time. Because the knives are light-weight and razor-sharp they are easy and amazing to use!

Prima mes. Na gebruik langs een keramische staaf en good to go! Naast vis fileren ook erg goed om gevogelte efficient 'uit te benen'.

Ziet er mooi uit. Cadeau gedaan dus weet niet hoe het is. Snelle en correcte levering. Prima!

Ik heb onlangs dit mes gekocht en ben zeer tevreden met dit mes zeer flexibel. 
Ik ben er een dagje mee wezen zee vissen, een echte aanrader voor mensen die er "ruig" mee willen/kunnen werken.
