Wusthof’s Xline series derives its name from the X shape on the bolster, which is where the handle meets the blade. Thanks to innovative forging technology, this series boasts dynamic lines and superb ergonomic comfort.   
  


The blades in the Xline series have been treated with a special ceramic coating, which provides excellent protection against corrosion and prevents food particles from sticking to the blades. This coating also protects against scratches and general wear.   

Xline knives stay extremely sharp for a long time thanks to PEtec (Precision Edge Technology), Wüsthof’s special sharpening process.   
  


This bread knife has a uniquely serrated edge, which allows it to slice all types of bread cleanly and smoothly with the minimum amount of crumbs.

Avec ce couteau j'ai trouvé l'outil idéal pour trancher le pain biologique que j'achète chez un paysan boulanger. Ce n'est plus une corvée même avec du pain tout juste sorti du four. En comparaison avec d'autres couteaux à dentures différentes et à moindre prix c'est vraiment un progrès. je recommande cet investissement qui permet d'obtenir pour un petit volume la même qualité qu'une trancheuse de boulangerie.

Ce couteau à pain est un excellent outil. Je n'ai pas de critiques à son égard.
Par contre, votre texte le présente pour une utilisation ambidextre. Ce qui est faux : la taille des dents est faite d'un seul côté de la lame ce qui rend son usage idéal pour les droitiers.
Je suis gaucher, sans votre affirmation, j'aurais choisi un autre modèle et suis un tantinet déçu.

Fantastisch snijdend mes. Bak een paar keer per week Mn eigen brood, aak als het zo warm uit de oven komt  glijd het zomaar door het warme brood heen fantastisch dunne sneetjes.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
