Seriously good knife. I use pinch grip pretty much all the time when I’m cutting and the Zwilling Pro series is made for that. Knives and Tool online shop has to be one of the best shops I’ve used too, very fast delivery and no fuss. Perfect

I bought this for my son who is an apprentice chef, I am a keen amateur cook. I chose this for him as I thought it combined the virtues of both European and Japanese knives. In particular the curved blade and sharp point from the European side. My son has found the knife to be excellent for all aspects of food prep., little need for any other knife, and I thought the price to be reasonable. I have just sharpened the knife which took an excellent edge (razor sharp) and I think better than from new which was also very sharp. The other knife I purchased was a paring knife which backed up the Santoku nicely.
